About 3 Heart Movement

Octopuses, jellyfish, anemones, and amoebas are all inspiration for 3 Heart Movement. Each movement practice offered here has a different style and focus, but for all of them learning to move from one’s center is the common goal. Moving from one’s center can make movement and daily life feel more organic, more natural, more grounded, and more powerful and builds a deeper connection to self. I’m also inspired by the octopus’ 3 hearts, hoping to encourage more love, joy, pleasure, generosity, and kindness in the world.

3 Heart Movement aims to be a warm, safe, fun, approachable, and comfortable learning environment for all.
